Miika earned a Master of Philosophy in Forestry from the University of Helsinki and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. In previous positions, Miika has successfully managed teams of IT professionals and driven business results through effective people leadership and consulting.
