Nathalie Fortier

Nathalie Fortier is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within global organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Global HR Project Management Office at CGI since April 2017, Nathalie oversees project management and vendor management activities for the Global HR organization. Prior to this role, Nathalie worked at Pfizer from June 2013 to January 2016 as the HR Operations Lead, managing project management functions, mergers and acquisitions, and various HR systems. Nathalie also held key positions at Ericsson Canada from November 2002 to March 2013, including Director of HR Service Delivery and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development, recruiting, and coaching senior managers. Nathalie holds an MBA in Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Université Laval.
