Nesrine Souissi

Nesrine Souissi is a seasoned Chef de Projet and Product Owner with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Previously a Quality Analyst at WEVIOO, they later contributed as a Product Owner, designing collaborative retrospective tools and managing agile development processes. At EXteam, they served as Product Owner for a management tool for JcDecaux, where they oversaw team management and functional analysis. Currently, at CGI, they lead project governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure effective product vision and backlog management, utilizing tools like CRM Salesforce and Azure DevOps. Nesrine holds a degree in applied computer engineering from Ecole nationale d'ingénieurs de Sousse and has completed additional training in Scrum Agile and professional English.
