Ngoc-Ha Lin has a strong background in digital innovation and operational excellence, with experience at notable companies across various sectors. At Covestro, Ngoc-Ha contributed to Innovation Excellence from October 2020 to April 2021. Following that, a position in Digital Service Innovation Products and IT Operational Excellence & Customer Centricity was held at Vodafone from July 2024 to December 2024.
