Nigel Keeble is a Technical Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in service and capability management within technical teams. Previously, they served as a Project Officer and IT Systems Manager at the Royal Air Force from 2009 to 2013, contributing to critical application capabilities and IT systems supporting Defence Cryptographic management. Currently, Nigel is a Service Delivery Manager at CGI, overseeing a team of engineering SMEs and ITIL practitioners.
