Patricia Healy

Patricia Healy is an Executive Consultant at CGI, a position held since 2008. Previously, they served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the United States Department of Agriculture from 1998 to 2008 and as the National Director of Systems & Accounting Standards at the Internal Revenue Service from 1987 to 1998. Earlier in their career, Patricia worked as a Librarian at the National Library of Medicine from 1977 to 1986. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and both a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Michigan.
