Patsy Couture

Patsy Couture is a seasoned management consultant and change management expert with extensive experience across various organizations in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes, including Desjardins and CGI. Previously, they held roles such as Director of Project Transformation and Category Manager Procurement at Desjardins, where they led multidisciplinary teams and implemented significant business transformations. Currently serving as a Director of Consulting at CGI, Patsy continues to provide strategic counsel and manage operational strategies. Their diverse skill set includes project management, communication, and human resource coaching, all driven by a commitment to project success and goal attainment. Patsy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HEC Montréal and is currently completing a Change Management Practitioner Program at Prosci.
