Paul Eglen

Paul Eglen is an accomplished Data Migration Lead at CGI, with significant expertise in data migration, project management, and system analysis garnered over more than a decade of experience across various companies. Since July 2018, Paul has led data migration initiatives, previously serving as a Lead System Analyst at Lavendon Group Plc, where management of a team of business analysts and the creation of functional specifications were key responsibilities. Paul's earlier roles at CGI involved pivotal projects such as Data Migration Manager for various clients, including Npower, where the implementation of new energy forecasting systems was executed. Proficiency in stakeholder management, extensive experience in testing management, and the ability to lead teams have been hallmarks of Paul's career. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leicester.
