Paul M.

Paul M. currently serves as Vice President of Consulting Services at CGI, where responsibilities have included roles as Director of Consulting Delivery and Senior Project Manager since January 2016. Prior to this, Paul M. was the Head of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office at the UK Ministry of Defence from October 2014 to January 2016. Paul M. also held the position of IMaGE Programme Manager at DE&S Abbeywood from July 2009 to September 2014, overseeing multiple IMaGE projects. Earlier experience includes various roles at the UK Ministry of Defence, including Information Systems Project Manager and Type 45 Business and Operations Manager, with involvement in the Future Offensive Air System project. Paul M. earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the West of England and a BEng(Hons) in Electronic & Communications Engineering from the University of Bath.
