Currently, as the Director of Human Resources at CGI, Paul leads HR initiatives for Atlantic Canada's Business Units, partnering with regional leadership to drive talent and organizational strategies. Previously, Paul held significant roles at various organizations including the Municipal Group, OSCO Construction Group, and Atlantic Gold Corporation, where they were instrumental in enhancing HR operations and strategies. Paul is pursuing a Commerce degree with a focus on HR and Accounting at Saint Mary's University.
