Paul Mengle

Paul Mengle has accumulated extensive experience in program management, contracts, and business development across various organizations. At General Dynamics Information Technology, Paul served in multiple roles, including Senior Director of Program Management and Senior Director of Contracts, where responsibilities encompassed advanced analytics implementation, strategic-level business pursuits, and significant support for new business opportunities exceeding $3 billion. Paul also filled roles in capture management and contract administration, demonstrating proficiency in SQL database administration and cost/schedule reporting. Prior to this, Paul retired from the United States Marine Corps after over 20 years of service as a Logistician. Currently, Paul holds the position of Director of Business Development at CGI. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and a certificate in Procurement & Contracts Management from the University of Virginia.
