Paul Soutter is currently the VP Client Engagement Director at CGI, where they manage the recovery of a challenging engagement since September 2013. Previously, Paul held several key positions at Capgemini, including SVP of UK Infrastructure Services and VP of UK Head Data Centre Services, where they significantly improved client satisfaction and profitability through innovative strategies and transformation programs. Paul’s career reflects a dedication to infrastructure management and client engagement, marked by successful initiatives like the Rightshore® global delivery model. They earned an HND in Computer Studies with Distinction from Portsmouth Polytechnic and have developed a reputation as a natural leader and strategic thinker throughout their career.
