Paulius Striska

Paulius Striska is a Solution Architect and Senior IT Business Analyst at CGI, where they have over three years of experience in designing and delivering custom-built applications and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations. Previously, they held the position of Head of the Civil Service Information Resources Division at the Informatikos ir ryšių departamentas, focusing on ICT policies and Human Capital Management systems. Paulius also contributed as a short-term expert in various EU Twinning Projects, working with policymakers on improving IT systems and processes. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Vilniaus Universitetas, obtained in 2005.
