Paulo Guerra is a results-driven IT Manager with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing technology solutions. Previously, Paulo served as Technical Director at Servibyte Informatica e Serviços Lda, overseeing the technical department and developing a customer management system. Paulo has held various roles in ICT coordination and consulting, working with companies such as Royal HaskoningDHV and CGI, where they currently serve as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Production Lead. Paulo's education includes ongoing training in IT service management and project management, alongside a graduate degree in IT Engineering from Instituto Superior de Tecnologias Avançadas.
