Phil Egan

Phil Egan is currently the Director of Consulting Services at CGI, where they also serve as a Senior Project Manager. Previously, Phil worked as a Project Manager for various prominent organizations, including Rolls-Royce, the Environment Agency, and the Metropolitan Police Service, where they managed significant IT infrastructure projects and led large teams. Phil's extensive experience in project management is complemented by their Prince 2 qualification and a history of implementing continuous improvement initiatives. They began their career in IT support and progressively advanced through roles that emphasized problem management and service desk transitions.
