Rachel Bailey is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and program direction, particularly in IT and software development. Starting as a Crew Chief at McDonald's Canada in 1989, Rachel transitioned into technical roles, including an intern position at LA JAVANAISE LIMITED, focusing on computerized marketing systems and smart card technology.
