Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith, Ed.D, is a seasoned Learning and Change leader with over 20 years of experience in ERP, organizational change management, and learning experience design across both public and private sectors. They have served in various roles, including Director of Training and Development at the Los Angeles Unified School District, where they enhanced professional development for over 30,000 educators. Currently, as part of CGI, they are leading enterprise-level change initiatives such as the California State Payroll System project, focusing on workforce enablement and transformational learning strategies. An advocate for human-centered design, Rachel also engages in writing and speaking on the intersection of creativity and organizational change, exemplified by their collaborative project "Sketch by Sketch" with Sheila Darcey.
