Ralph Tufano

Ralph Tufano is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Director of IT Operations at CGI since May 2004. In this position, Ralph focuses on directing IT strategy and innovation to enhance business operations, achieving cost efficiencies and improved service levels. Previously, Ralph held the role of CTO, where accountability for a multi-million dollar IT budget was coupled with leadership in Enterprise Content Management, business intelligence, and security solution delivery. Ralph has also contributed as Director of Consulting, overseeing IT services for a business unit with over 600 employees, and managed a technology team to implement a state-level child welfare case management system. Earlier in the career, Ralph worked at AMS as Senior Principal for Enterprise Content Management Solutions, where expertise in technical design and project management supported high-value ECM projects. Ralph's academic background includes a Master's degree in Image and Signal Processing and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, both from The Johns Hopkins University.
