Randall began a career as a Software Engineer at Avantica, where responsibilities included leading a team in system migrations and financial application modernization. Following this, Randall served as a Senior Software Engineer - Consultant at Gorilla Logic, focusing on the development of an online payment processor to combat credit card fraud.
