Reshama Damle is a Human Centered UX Designer specializing in UX research and AI conversation design at CGI since September 2022, where expertise in design anthropology and user experience research shapes the next generation of communication applications. Additionally, Reshama serves as Director and Editor for the National Association for the Practice of Anthropology, producing educational programming and curating resources. A background in applied anthropology includes user-centered research, ethnographic studies, and teaching experience at California State University, Long Beach, where Reshama developed and directed various educational initiatives. Previous roles encompass accounting coordination, curriculum development, and instructional design, supported by diverse academic credentials including Master's degrees in Applied Anthropology and Linguistics, along with technical coursework in conversation design and project management.
