Rhonda Shierling

Rhonda Shierling has extensive experience in workforce management and recruitment, currently serving as Senior Contractor Manager and Senior Workforce Manager at CGI since February 2022, supporting over 500 employees on a major account valued at $90 million. In previous roles, Shierling has worked as Workforce Manager and Staffing Specialist at CherryRoad Technologies, where responsibilities included conducting interviews and managing a local newspaper, alongside a stint as Recruiting Assistant at Altimeter Solutions, overseeing the onboarding process for L3Harris Technologies. Previously, Shierling held multiple positions at CGI, where contributions included developing the LC-PERM recruitment process and serving as a recruiting coordinator. With a Bachelor of Science in English and a Leadership Certification from the Women’s Missionary Union, Shierling combines a strong educational background with diverse professional expertise.
