Richa Tiwari is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with over a decade of experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at CGI Federal since December 2021, Richa has previously held significant positions at CitiusTech as a Talent Acquisition Manager and at Cognizant, where responsibilities included leading the recruitment lifecycle across multiple domains and implementing various sourcing techniques.
