Richard K. Ota

Richard K. Ota is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified manager currently serving as Vice President of Consulting Delivery at CGI. With a career spanning over two decades, they have led various roles within CGI, including Director of Consulting Delivery and Senior Consultant, and previously worked as a Consultant at American Management Systems, Inc. Ota specializes in project and program management, driving system implementations and business process improvements across agencies. They actively support a large-scale international program for a civilian agency, managing a globally dispersed team while also serving as an Executive Sponsor for the Latinos Unidos CGI Resource Group and previously chairing the CGI Federal DE&I Council. Ota is pursuing a dual BA at Williams College.
