Richard Tolar is an experienced technology professional with a robust history in software development and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Director at CGI since March 2020, Tolar previously held the role of Director of Software Development at Emporia Energy from March 2018 to March 2020, where leadership resulted in rapid customer growth.
