Robert Douglas

Robert "Mark" Douglas, Col, USAF (retired), is an executive consultant specializing in supply chain management. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at CGI and President of Douglas Change Management Consulting, LLC, they provide strategic insights and strategies for large-scale organizational change initiatives. Mark’s extensive experience in the U.S. Air Force from 1975 to 2006 included commanding multiple squadrons and leading logistical operations. They also held senior positions at CSC and IBM, focusing on large defense programs and supply chain integration. Mark earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the Air War College and a Master’s in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
