Rose Desmarais

Rose Desmarais, MBA, CRHA, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at CGI. They have previously held roles such as HR Advisor at GardaWorld and Portes Milette Doors, as well as a Recruiter at Pfizer. Rose’s experience includes managing collective bargaining processes and conducting extensive recruitment efforts, having completed over 250 phone interviews and 140 in-person interviews. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on strategy and innovation from Université Laval and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Université de Sherbrooke.
