Ryan Schofield

Ryan Schofield is a Manager of Consulting Delivery at CGI, where they lead the US ServiceNow and ITSM practice, leveraging extensive consulting expertise to enhance client implementations of ServiceNow. With over 15 years at CGI, they have played key roles in projects, including serving as a ServiceNow architect and trainer. Prior to their current position, Ryan worked in neuroanatomy research at the University of Louisville and NEOUCOM, co-authoring published papers and training lab personnel. Ryan holds a BS in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology and possesses multiple certifications, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Function Point Specialist.
