Ryma ZEGGANE possesses extensive experience in human resources and administration, having held various positions across multiple organizations. At the Ministère de l'écologie de l’énergie et du développement durable, Ryma served as Gestionnaire administration du personnel, focusing on payroll-related tasks and retirement management. As a Conseillère en formation professionnelle at APRENTIV'CONSEIL, Ryma managed training program documentation. In the role of Gestionnaire RH at ACENSI, responsibilities included payroll processing for 1,000 employees, contract preparation, and recruitment efforts across different professional sectors. Currently, as Consultante MOA SIRH at CGI, Ryma is involved in supporting social declaration projects for the MERCER client, ensuring the reliability of payment flows and assisting users with system configurations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Social Relations from DirectionRH, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Université Paris Nanterre, and a BTS in Negotiation & Client Relations from ENC Ecole Nationale de Commerce.
