Shavinder Singh

Shavinder Singh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health and human services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for Health and Human Services at CGI since December 2011, Shavinder Singh is responsible for business development and project delivery. Previously held the position of Vice President and CTO for the State of California at CGI, leading pursuits and providing oversight for statewide projects. Shavinder Singh also worked as Director at Xerox, managing a high-budget healthcare project, and served as a consultant for CoreLogic on a major SaaS upgrade. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at O1 Communications, Samsung Electronics, Telesys Inc., and Quark Inc. Shavinder Singh holds an MBA in Finance from National University and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjabi University.
