Shawn Fryer

Shawn Fryer is a Senior Consultant at CGI since November 2024, previously serving as Supervisor of Client Solutions at Mackenzie Investments from August 2019 to November 2024. Shawn's extensive experience includes a 19-year tenure at Manulife, where significant roles included Manager of Life Issue, leading a global team of 53 associates, and contributing to enhanced team morale and retention, as well as Manager of Case Management, overseeing service delivery to influential clients. Earlier career experience includes positions at TD Imports, where Shawn was Warehouse Manager, leading a small team and managing logistical operations. Shawn holds a degree from York University, completed between 1989 and 1992.
