Shelley Allen

Shelley Allen, MBA, MSIT, currently serves as a Senior Consultant at CGI since March 2024, having previously held the position of Manager of Business Systems Analysis at Cambium Learning Group from January 2020 to March 2024. In that role, Shelley developed an IT Onboarding Training program and implemented a secure file transfer system for numerous employees. Shelley was also a Fellow at the Severn Leadership Group in late 2022, focusing on leadership development. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant position at CGI from 2004 to 2019, where Shelley worked on software implementations for governmental clients, as well as roles as a Financial Analyst at Platts and Consultant at Solbourne Computer, Inc. Shelley's career began at Monsanto Company as an Accounting Supervisor, and education includes an MBA and MSIT from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
