Shivam Prabhakar

Shivam Prabhakar is a SAFe POPM certified IT professional with approximately 13 years of experience in the Utility Domain, specializing in Work Management, Storm Management, Damage Assessments, and Asset Management Solutions. With about 5 years working closely with a major US utility, Shivam has contributed to enhancing customer offerings through various roles including QC, DBA, Technical Lead, Business Analyst, SME, and Product Owner. Currently serving as a Product Owner at CGI, Shivam is recognized for effective system integration and for understanding business needs to deliver impactful software solutions. Shivam holds a Master of Technology in Embedded Systems and Technology from SRM University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
