Shumail Nizami has extensive experience in IT and incident management, starting with a Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University earned between 1992 and 1998. Shumail began a career at Hewlett-Packard as an Enterprise Solutions Technician, where responsibilities included troubleshooting HP ProLiant Rack Servers for major clients such as Facebook, Microsoft, and Amazon from December 2009 to March 2015. Following this, a tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a UAT/QA Engineer from November 2015 to June 2017 involved being an active member of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Team. Shumail then joined DXC Technology in August 2019, serving in multiple roles including Major Incident Manager and Windows System Administrator until September 2021. Currently, Shumail is employed as an Incident Manager at CGI, having started in September 2021.
