Simon Weston

Simon Weston is a Senior Consultant at CGI, specializing in providing technical solutions to Defence. They have 12 years of experience as a British Army Officer in the Royal Engineers, including roles such as Chief of Staff and Senior Operations Manager, where they managed complex operations and led cross-functional teams. Before their military career, Simon spent 11 years in academia, completing a PhD in Astrophysics at the University of Hertfordshire, after obtaining a BSc that included a placement at the European Space Agency. Simon is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Military Signal and Geospatial Intelligence at Cranfield University.
