Srilata Kolachana

Srilata Kolachana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and organizational behavior. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development for APAC at CGI, Srilata has held key leadership roles including General Manager and Country Head of Training at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions and Senior Director of Talent Management and Development at Sutherland. Additionally, Srilata has worked as an independent consultant. Srilata's educational background includes a notable achievement at The Wharton School in 2018 and ongoing doctoral studies in Organizational Behavior at XLRI Jamshedpur, expected to be completed in 2023.
