Stanley Binder possesses extensive experience in trade compliance and international trade licensing, having served in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Binder has held positions such as Manager of International Trade Licensing and Empowered Official at BAE Systems, Director of Trade Compliance at Thales Defense & Security, and Senior Manager of Trade Compliance at Leonardo DRS and Peraton. Additionally, experience includes project assistance in international trade law at Miller & Chevalier and an internship with the U.S. Commercial Service, both of which involved supporting trade activities and compliance with governmental regulations. Academic qualifications include a BS in Political Science with an emphasis on International Relations and a BA in German from Arizona State University, along with a MA in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University.
