Stephen Arrants is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the transportation and ERP consulting sectors. Currently, Stephen serves as General Partner and Senior Consultant at Transportation and ERP Consultants since April 2024. Prior to this, Stephen held several key positions at CGI from May 2004, including Account Manager for the State of Michigan and Director, specializing in Governmental ERP services. Stephen also contributed to American Management Systems in various roles, including Vice President and Senior Principal, and served as IT Director for the North Carolina Department of Transportation, managing a large IT organization. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from East Tennessee State University, earned between 1973 and 1976.
