Steve Hale

Steve Hale is a Consulting Director at CGI, where they oversee delivery across Central Government and Financial Services clients. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at CGI from 2009 to 2012, including Projects & Programmes Director, where they managed a £15m transformation program for a major Property Services Group. Steve's earlier experience includes serving as a .NET Development Team Leader at Equity Insurance Group from 2002 to 2004 and a .NET Senior Developer & Development Team Leader at Crowe Insurance from 1999 to 2002. Steve's career began at Braintree District Council, where they worked from 1990 to 1998 in multiple operational and development roles.
