Subhabrata Pal is currently the Director Consulting Expert at CGI, where they specialize in Agile and AI transformations, leveraging over 22 years of experience in the field. They have successfully led comprehensive enterprise Agile transformations, particularly in the Payments and Government sectors, while also being passionate about fostering agile coaching and community practices across organizations. Previously, Subhabrata held key roles at IBM, driving major Agile transformations and coaching initiatives for diverse global clients. They are an accomplished public speaker and have earned numerous certifications in Agile methodologies and artificial intelligence. Subhabrata completed their education at the University of Calcutta in 2003.
