Thierry Blanchart is a seasoned professional in business architecture, operational excellence, and transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Business Architecture and Analysis at CGI since October 2020, Thierry leads the implementation of corporate functions business models and manages the Business Architecture approach and tools. Prior to this, Thierry held roles at Sia Partners as Manager of Operational Excellence and Performance, providing consulting in operational transformation, and at Manulife as Director of Continuous Improvement, achieving high client satisfaction rates. Additional experience includes key positions at Standard Life, CGI, and various consulting roles that focused on process improvement and organizational change management across diverse industries.
