Thomas Gautereau, a seasoned Problem & Kaizen Manager, began their career at Deltamu from 2001 to 2010, where they served as a trainer and technical support technician. They then joined QuizzBox Solutions in 2010, initially as a Technical Support Technician, and later progressed to the role of Client Support Manager until 2024. Currently, Thomas leverages their expertise at CGI, where they focus on improving IT processes and enhancing the customer experience through analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
