Tim Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in programme and project management. Tim served as General Manager at Printingdirect.com from 2002 to 2004, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and establishing a new office in India to enhance productivity. From 2012 to 2014, Tim was a Programme Manager at Yorkshire Water, overseeing key change initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
