Todd Unikel is a management consulting and business development leader with over 20 years of expertise in strategy, transformation, and organizational change management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Consulting at CGI, Todd leads initiatives in finance transformation and change management while partnering with clients to address complex business challenges. Previously, Todd held significant roles at Deloitte, The Hackett Group, Accenture, and MorganFranklin Consulting, where they successfully led numerous finance assessments and operational improvement projects, impacting major organizations across multiple industries. Todd's achievements include earning the 2025 CGI Mega-Eagle Award for their contributions to a $795M contract. They are currently pursuing education at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
