Tom Rolfe

Tom Rolfe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Director at Event Master since October 2019, Tom previously held a similar role at Impact Bars LTD from August 2019 to July 2023. During this period, Tom also engaged in a bootcamp with Makers Academy, focusing on front-end and back-end development from December 2022 to July 2023. Tom's engineering career includes positions at BJSS as a Software Engineer from June 2024 to July 2025 and as a Software Engineer at CGI from July 2025 to present. Additionally, Tom served as General Manager at Refresh West Ltd from September 2016 to July 2023. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design from Hereford College of Arts.
