Trish Bowes

Trish Bowes, SPHR, currently serves as the HRBP Metro Leader at CGI, where the focus is on partnering with senior management to drive strategic objectives and transformational change while enhancing employee engagement. Prior to CGI, Trish held several key roles at Danaher Corporation, including Director of Culture & Brand, where a global people engagement strategy was developed to promote talent growth and organizational culture, and Senior Manager of Talent, overseeing the execution and improvement of talent processes and diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes the role of Senior People Programs Manager at Illumina, where efforts were centered on attracting and developing top talent, and positions in various human resources capacities at firms such as Broadcom and SAIC. Trish earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver.
