Tushar Borole is a seasoned professional in the fields of business analysis and data analytics, with extensive experience at leading companies such as IBM and CGI. Tushar began their career as an Integrated Test Analyst at IBM, progressing to a Business Analyst role where they became a Certified Function Point Specialist. At CGI, Tushar held positions ranging from Sr. Business Analyst to Lead Business Analyst, focusing on designing solution proposals and identifying new business opportunities.
