Tyeshia McIntyre-Bray, MSMIT, PMP, is the Director of Consulting at CGI, where they continue to leverage over 27 years of experience in command and control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) systems, focusing on critical IT capabilities. Previously, they served as the Director of the Office of Patent Automation at the US Patent and Trademark Office from 2018 to 2021 and held the position of Senior Information Technology Program Manager at USPTO from 2012 to 2018. Tyeshia earned a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University and a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of the District of Columbia.
