Ulla Särkikangas

Ulla Särkikangas is a seasoned director, researcher, and author with extensive experience in business development and strategy. They held various leadership roles at Nokia from 2009 to 2012, including Director of Services Strategy and Director of Consumer Internet Services, and served as SVP of Habbo Brand & Marketing at Sulake from 2003 to 2006. After working as CMO and Consultant at WOT Services Oy, they continued to provide consulting in customer insight and digital business development at e21 Solutions Oy from 2015 to 2023. Currently, Ulla is a Visiting Researcher pursuing a PhD at the University of Helsinki and has authored impactful works in the field. They also hold a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University.
