Valerie Bieler

Valerie Bieler is an accomplished professional in Organizational Change Management with a diverse background in strategy development and change initiatives across various industries. Valerie previously served as a Lead IT Change Manager at Deutsche Bahn, overseeing communication and employee enablement for a large-scale business and IT transformation. Prior to that, Valerie worked as a Projektmanager for Strategy Development at T-Systems International and as a Lead Consultant Learning at Accenture, where they led initiatives in organizational alignment, training, and change management. Currently, Valerie is an Executive Consultant at CGI, continuing to drive impactful change within organizations. Valerie holds a Magistra degree in German Language and Literature, Philosophy, Business Administration, and German as a Foreign Language from Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz.
