Walters-James Weah is a Senior Consultant at CGI Federal, a position they have held since 2005. From 2000 to 2010, they served as the Executive Director of the World Association for Community Empowerment, Inc. Additionally, they were the 1st Vice Chairman of the National Board of Directors for the Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas, Inc. from 2007 to 2011, advocating for the interests of over 500,000 Liberians in the diaspora. Walters-James also chaired the Board of Directors for the Staten Island Liberian Community Association from 2008 to 2010.
